New Project Section

We won’t dive into every detail, but here is just a glimpse of one part of the project section rebuild that is currently underway. Please note the final project section may be slightly different than the mockups you see here as we continue to build.

Overall, we are adding more function to the project section so you’ll be able to do more with the plants in your projects. That means adding Areas! So you’ll be able to identify the various sections of a project (Front Yard, Backyard, Patio, etc.) and assign plants to each area. Plus, we want to make it easier to design with PlantMaster open alongside your design software, so we are bringing in the essential filters from the plant search, and add sorting capabilities. So if you want to organize the plants from smallest to tallest AND filter plants with yellow flowers while you are designing – you can!

Let’s take a closer look:

This is a snapshot of where you will assign plants to their areas.

1. In this section (not shown) you will be able to identify and create the areas (spaces) of your project.

2. Once you’ve created areas, you’ll use the “Add Plants to” to add plants to each area – which will be directly connected to the Interactive Presentation!

3. You’ll be able to filter the plants in your project by their Area, or by other plant characteristics.

4. By including sortable columns for height and width,  you’ll be able to sort the plants from shortest to tallest AND use the filters at the same time.

6. Presentations is getting its own home. Making it easier to get to your printed reports and presenting options quickly.
